Using existing contracts one of the most efficient and cost-effective ways to make purchases for commodities and services! USF Purchasing, Co-operatives and other public agencies have countless Suppliers who have been awarded contracts through public solicitations and these contracts are available to use by anyone in the USF community at any dollar level.
What's the catch? There isn't one! For documentation, a copy of the contract should always be attached to the requisition request along with the contract number and/or weblink, and the quote should reference the pricing agreement or contract number.
