Bethany Jacobs serves as a career counselor at the Bellini Center for Talent Development within the USF Muma College of Business. In her role, Jacobs supports undergraduate business students by guiding them through career exploration, resume development, interview preparation and professional development. She is dedicated to assisting students in developing the skills needed to thrive in today鈥檚 evolving professional landscape.

Prior to joining the OB体育官网, Jacobs worked as a staffing consultant/recruiter at Beacon Hill Solutions Group, where she specialized in sourcing and placing candidates across a range of industries, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to identify candidates. She now leverages this experience to provide students with industry-informed guidance, offering strategic insight into employer expectations and hiring practices.

Jacobs is originally from Pennsylvania and graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. There, she earned a bachelor's degree in hospitality management/marketing in 2022, before continuing her education to earn dual master's degrees in human resources/labor relations, as well as student affairs in higher education in 2024.
