Hello! My name is Fahada Alathel and I am a Junior in Computer Science. Computer science has always been an interest of mine and was something I enjoyed very much in High school. I decided to go to USF to pursue my career because I loved the campus, the opportunities here and the people!
Why did I want to become an Ambassador?
I wanted to become an ambassador because computer science as a field is scary and intense! But it becomes easier once you find your community and people to help you and I wanted to be that person.

I am a member of the Society of Women Engineers and a part of the engineering fraternity Theta Tau.

Advice for first-year students
Time management is key. College starts off easy then quickly becomes demanding. It鈥檚 a must to learn manage your time between school, studying, clubs and organizations, and your social life.
